• Business Information: Company details, EIN/Tax ID, and business registration information provided for compliance and regulatory purposes.

How SMS Works on Ichor

The Ichor platform enables contractors and service providers to send and receive SMS text messages with their customers for business communication purposes, including:

• Project scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Job status updates and notifications
• Two-way conversational messaging about ongoing work
• Follow-up communications and reminders

Customer Consent for SMS

Your customers consent to receive SMS messages when they provide their phone number during the estimate, contract, or service engagement process. It is your responsibility as the Ichor platform user to ensure that you have obtained proper consent from your customers before sending them text messages.

Opting Out of SMS

Recipients of SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once a recipient opts out, no further messages will be sent to that number. Recipients can also text HELP for assistance.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on project activity and communication needs. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by the recipient's mobile carrier.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Telecommunications Providers: We use Twilio as our SMS delivery partner. Message data is transmitted through Twilio's infrastructure to deliver SMS messages. Twilio's handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party companies to perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
• With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent.

• SMS Messages: Message content and metadata are retained in your Salesforce org for as long as your Ichor subscription is active, unless you choose to delete them.
• Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services.
• Usage Data: Billing and usage summaries are retained for a minimum of 24 months for billing and compliance purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
